Supply Chain Consultant – Saddle Brook, New Jersey: Consultant needed for growing Technology-oriented supply chain services company. Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of the supply chain cost reduction, working capital reduction and lead cross-functional teams/manage multiple projects simultaneously. Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications. Coordinate and direct activities of consulting services/engineering. Apply project management techniques and individual technical and/or business knowledge. Ensure client satisfaction with quality. Manage product and project deadlines/timetables. Review activities, costs, project status to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives. Review achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives. Requires strong planning background with experience in Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Replenishment, Merchandise Planning. Must be capable of implementing technologies such as SAP APO, ERP, Data Warehousing, Decision Support Systems, Manugistics, i2, Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR), Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL Server, DBMS, CPFR, and have demonstrated a track-record selling software products/consulting services. Applicant must have a Master’s Degree (Equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree (or its foreign equivalent) in Engineering plus five years of progressive experience in the field). Must be certified in Production & Inventory Control (CPIM) or have an equivalent certification. Applicant must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States.
